For 14 years, she served the community through the Directions North America Board as Sponsorship Chair. Her speaking sessions at various events are highly rated and attended.

Diane is well known for her bold, engaging stage presentations that ushered in a new era for Jet Reports (Now Insight Software).

During her five-year tenure as VP of Marketing, her creative direction fueled a 150% growth in business.

She also spearheaded Sales & Marketing at Western Computer during a significant growth phase.
​
She held diverse hands-on roles across ISVs and VARs, including implementor/trainer, pre-sales consultant, process analyst, sales leader, and marketing executive.

With more than two decades in the Microsoft and broader tech ecosystem, he works at the intersection of channel strategy, content, social, SEO, and AI-driven search.
​
Recognized as a pioneer in the Microsoft partner community, Jon is known for his expertise in social media marketing and his deep understanding of how AI and search are reshaping buyer behavior.
He is obsessed with the details: how every post, headline, and campaign performs, and how that activity turns into traffic, engagement, and opportunities.

At Marketeery, Jon leads strategy for go-to-market programs, fractional CMO engagements, and content-driven campaigns.
​
His mix of technical background and sales and marketing experience helps him quickly understand complex products and translate them into messaging that resonates with both partners and customers.

Before Marketeery, Jon held key roles at Data Masons (now part of SPS Commerce) and Bottomline Technologies, supporting Microsoft Dynamics practices and partner growth.
